The Ever Expedition Shell includes:
One-Piece Monocoque Shell: A seamless, vacuum-infused composite fiberglass shell
Optimized for the Ford F-550 chassis: Specifically engineered for the Ford F-550 84-inch cab-to-axle (CA)
Hybrid Subframe: An FEA-tested, high-strength steel subframe that allows for up to 12
degrees of articulation, protecting the habitat from chassis flex on uneven terrain.
Integrated Storage: Two exterior storage hatches and four in floor storage boxes
Entry Door: 24×72-inch Euro-style door with a multi-point lock and integrated sunshade.
Skylight: A custom made 9-square-foot, four season insulated, dual-pane, tempered glass fixed skylight
Primer gel coat on exterior, ready for final paint
