The specifications below reflect the Ever Expedition 2025 Demonstrator. Final vehicle performance — approach angles, departure angles, overall height, and payload capacity — will vary based on your chassis configuration, tire selection, lift, and wheel setup. Our demonstrator was built on a 2024 Ford F550 Lariat Crew Chassis with 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. We used Continental 335×80r20 tires and super single wheels. Our demonstrator runs on stock suspension and no lift. Even without a lift, it is a very capable vehicle. Fully built, the demonstrator weighs 15,260lb dry (steer axle: 5940lb / drive axle: 9320lb).
The shell is the starting point; your build decisions shape final capabilities.
